All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include only the services specified in each excursion description.

Additional expenses not expressly included, such as personal purchases, travel insurance, or optional activities, are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.
 

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the excursion and will be clearly indicated on the relevant booking page.

If an excursion is cancelled by us due to unsafe weather conditions, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• The opportunity to reschedule the excursion, subject to availability.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
 

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify a booking are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the excursion without refund.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities whenever necessary to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

By booking an excursion, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility.

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal belongings, and outdoor activities.

Travel insurance is not included unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
